History The Offshore Longboard Club (OLC) was
originally formed by a small group of friends who surfed together
regularly. As time
passed the membership grew steadily, as well as the commitment to
the community. That
sincere commitment is reflected in the number of fundraising surf
contest our membership participates in and in the OLC-sponsored
American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA) contest, which has grown
significantly each year. We
have chosen to go under the ABTA umbrella in order to insure that
all funds raised will go directly to research. Mission To raise and donate money for brain tumor
identification and treatment. The
sooner this illness is diagnosed and treated the less lives will be
lost. Our dream is not
to be needed anymore. |
